The state fire marshal shall enforce this part and may promulgate rules for the efficient enforcement of its provisions. The rules shall be promulgated in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5. Added by 2014 Tenn. Acts, ch. 923,s 2, eff. 1/1/2015.
