A vacancy through expiration of the term of any member of the commission shall be filled by the respective appointing authority for a term of four (4) years. In the event a vacancy should occur other than by expiration of the term of a member, the respective appointing authority shall fill the vacancy for the unexpired portion of the original term.Amended by 2015 Tenn.
