Section 68-115-401 - Presence and duty of designated member of commission

The executive director of the commission, a member of the commission, qualified medical personnel, or the commission's designee shall be present at all weigh-ins, pre-contest physical examinations, and professional contests, and shall ensure that the rules are strictly enforced.Amended by 2015 Tenn.
