Section 68-117-103 - Applicability to health care professionals

This chapter does not apply to a licensed health care professional who uses a tanning device for the treatment of patients, if the use is within the lawful scope of practice of the health care professional.Acts 1990, ch. 845, § 1; T.C.A., § 68-54-103.
