It is unlawful within this state to knowingly sell, fabricate, assemble, glaze, install, consent or cause to be installed, glazing materials other than safety glazing materials in, or for use in, any hazardous location in this state.Acts 1971, ch. 389, § 3; T.C.A., §§ 53-2551, 68-18-303.
