(a) Any person aggrieved by an order or act of the commissioner or department under this chapter may, within fifteen (15) days after notice thereof, appeal from such order or act to the board.(b) The board shall hear the appeal in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.Acts 1951, ch. 235, § 9 (Williams, § 5379.18); T.C.A.
