The chief inspector shall employ deputy inspectors, who shall be responsible to the chief inspector and who shall have had at time of appointment not less than five (5) years' practical experience in the construction, maintenance, repair or operation of high pressure boilers and unfired pressure vessels as a mechanical engineer, steam engineer, boilermaker or boiler inspector, and who has passed the examination provided for in § 68-122-109.Acts 1949, ch. 246, § 7; C.
