Section 68-122-115 - Appeals from orders or acts of inspectors

Any person aggrieved by an order or act of an inspector or the chief inspector under this part, may, within fifteen (15) days after notice thereof, appeal from such order or act to the board. The board shall hear the appeal in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.Acts 1949, ch. 246, § 15; C.
