Any person, corporation, partnership or firm engaged in or desiring to engage in the work of repairing or erecting steam boilers, steam kettles, pressure tanks or steam generators in this state shall obtain a license to perform such work from the board of boiler rules as created in the department of labor and workforce development by § 68-122-101.Acts 1961, ch. 265, § 2; T.C.A., § 53-2717; Acts 1985, ch. 362, § 17; 1989, ch. 11, § 8; T.C.A., § 68-20-202; Acts 1999, ch. 520, § 46.
