Section 68-126-210 - Administration of part - Investigations and inspections

The commissioner is charged with the administration of this part. The commissioner may, in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5, promulgate general rules and regulations of procedure for carrying into effect all provisions of this part, and for obtaining statistical data respecting manufactured homes.
