Section 68-126-214 - Reciprocal agreements with officials of other states

In order to eliminate unnecessary duplication of reviews of designs, inspections, certifications of manufactured homes, and licensure of installers, the commissioner may negotiate and enter into reciprocal agreements with appropriate officials of other states, or with an agent for such states.
