Section 68-131-106 - Injunction proceedings

In addition to the remedies provided in this part, the commissioner is authorized to apply to a competent court in this state, and such court shall have jurisdiction upon hearing and for cause shown, to grant a temporary or permanent injunction restraining any person from violating any provision of § 68-131-104, irregardless of whether or not there exists an adequate remedy at law.Acts 1970, ch. 356, § 6; T.C.A., §§ 53-3717, 68-27-106.
