(a) The authority to promulgate regulations for the efficient enforcement of this part is vested in the commissioner.(b) The commissioner shall cause the regulations promulgated under this part to conform, insofar as practicable, with the regulations established pursuant to the federal Hazardous Substances Act (15 U.S.C. § 1261 et seq.).Acts 1970, ch. 356, § 9; T.C.A., §§ 53-3720, 68-27-109.
