The commissioner is designated the director of the statewide telecommunications system for emergency medical services and, for the purpose of carrying out this part, may delegate the activities required by this designation.Acts 1977, ch. 21, § 5; T.C.A., §§ 53-5125, 68-39-205, 68-140-205.
