Section 68-140-107 - Federal communications license

No person, firm, corporation, association, county, municipality, or metropolitan government or agency, either as owner, agent, or otherwise, shall furnish, operate, conduct, maintain, advertise, or otherwise engage in, or profess to engage in, the activity of emergency medical service telecommunications, without holding a currently valid license to do so, such license issued solely, or coordinated, by the federal communications commission.Acts 1977, ch. 21, § 7; T.C.A., §§ 53-5127, 68-39-207, 68-140-207.
