Section 68-140-109 - Monthly data on number of flight requests rejected by vendor and patient volumes transported into covered region

(a) Unless prohibited by federal law, each regional medical communication center authorized by this part shall provide to the director by the tenth day of each month the number of flight requests rejected by a vendor, and the patient volumes transported into the covered region, for the previous month. The data must be divided into the following categories: burns, CVA, cardiac, medical, OB, psych, trauma, other, unanswered, and unknown.(b) The director shall monthly post the data submitted pursuant to subsection (a) on the department's website in a manner accessible to the public.Added by 2019 Tenn.
