Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, a person who is licensed, registered, or certificated to provide emergency medical services in this state and who is required by statute or rule to keep proof of their license, registration, or certification on their person may satisfy that requirement by providing the proof by electronic means.Added by 2019 Tenn.
