Section 69-3-121 - Continuation of rules and regulations, permits, contracts and agreements

(a) The rules and regulations previously promulgated under the Water Quality Control Act of 1971 shall remain in effect as the rules and regulations under this part. Any of these rules or regulations that may conflict with a statutory provision of this part are hereby rendered void, but shall not affect the validity of the remaining rules and regulations.(b) All permits and temporary permits issued under the Water Quality Control Act of 1971 shall remain in effect under this part until such time as they expire or are revoked or modified pursuant to this part.(c) Any contracts, agreements, plans or any other documents developed under the Water Quality Control Act of 1971 shall remain in effect under this part.Acts 1977, ch. 366, § 2; T.C.A., § 70-343.
