The board shall promulgate rules and regulations pursuant to the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5, which rules and regulations shall govern the manner in which emergency repairs made in accordance with § 69-3-108(n) must be made. The department shall send a copy of such rules and regulations to each county highway department in the state.Acts 1993, ch. 155, § 2.
