Section 69-5-109 - Appeal from preliminary decree

Any party aggrieved may appeal from the decision of the court in making or refusing to make the assessment. The appeal shall be made in the same manner and upon the same terms provided for appeals from the action of the court in creating or refusing to create a drainage district as provided in part 5 of this chapter.Acts 1915, ch. 63, §1; Shan., § 3871a12; Code 1932, § 4221; T.C.A.
