If, for any reason, the court annuls in toto or sets aside such report of the commissioners, it shall order them to make a new report, or shall remove them and appoint new commissioners to act as in the first instance, if desired by the parties concerned.Acts 1909, ch. 185, § 11; Shan., § 3871a61; Code 1932, § 4289; T.C.A.
