Section 69-5-714 - Use of ditch or watercourse by assessed landowner

The owner of any land or lot that has been assessed for the payment of the cost of the location and construction of any ditch, drain, or watercourse shall have the right to use it as an outlet for lateral drains from the land or lot.Acts 1909, ch. 185, § 23; Shan., § 3871a95; Code 1932, § 4323; T.C.A.
