Section 69-5-831 - Proceedings in accordance with chancery procedure

All proceedings referred to in part 4 of this chapter and authorized to correct errors, or to prorate assessments, when parts of any tract of land have been sold at voluntary sale as provided in § 69-5-815, or when any of the lands encumbered with such assessments have been sold, for the collection of the assessments, as the result of the proceedings authorized by this part, whether in the county court or the chancery court, shall be conducted according to the rules of chancery proceedings.Acts 1921, ch. 144, § 1; Shan.
