Section 69-5-904 - Bonds a charge on land in district only

Each bond shall show expressly upon its face that it is to be paid only by assessments levied and collected on the lands within the district so designated and numbered, and for the benefit of which district such bond is issued. No assessment shall be levied or collected for the payment of such bond or bonds, or the interest on the bond or bonds, on any property, real or personal, outside the district so numbered, designated, and benefited.Acts 1909, ch. 185, § 27; Shan., § 3871a110; Code 1932, § 4338; T.C.A.
