Section 69-5-919 - Proceeds from sale of maintenance or administration certificates

All funds received from sale of the maintenance or administration certificates, or both, shall be paid to the trustee and placed to the credit of the maintenance and administration fund, to be paid out on warrants as now provided by law.Acts 1935, ch. 159, § 5; C.
