Section 69-7-209 - Exercise of grants of power

Any exercise of the state's grants of power to acquire water, water rights, and associated property by eminent domain or condemnation, and for the use or benefit of public water supply, shall not be made in a manner that conflicts with the Water Quality Control Act, compiled in chapter 3, part 1 of this title, or this part and the regulations under this part.Acts 2000, ch. 854, § 10; T.C.A. § 69-8-209.
