Section 7-51-907 - Sewage treatment works and public water systems

Pursuant to the terms of this part, any municipality is hereby authorized to lease, lease-purchase and/or contract for the construction operation or management of capital improvement property that is all or part of 'sewage treatment works' as defined in § 68-221-201, or a 'public water system' as defined in § 68-221-703.Acts 1983, ch. 186, § 7.
