Section 7-56-108 - Part deemed part of municipal charter

This part shall form a part of the charters of all incorporated municipalities in the state and shall be authority for any of the counties of Tennessee to provide public transportation or to join with any municipality or combination of municipalities, either in this state or in other states, for the purpose of providing such public transportation.Acts 1970, ch. 515, § 8; T.C.A., § 6-3808.
