All hospital projects and facilities of an authority shall be subject to the planning, zoning, sanitary, safety and building laws, ordinances, resolutions and regulations applicable to the locality in which the hospital project or any of its facilities are situated.Acts 1971, ch. 316, § 11; T.C.A., § 6-4014.
