Section 7-57-309 - Operation of property

Any property, real or personal, conveyed or leased to an authority by a creating or participating municipality shall be operated by the authority to which the property is conveyed, together with other facilities of the authority, in accordance with and under this chapter and the contracts entered into between the authority and the governing body or bodies of the creating or participating municipality or municipalities.Acts 1971, ch. 316, § 14; T.C.A., § 6-4017.
