Section 7-57-403 - Publication of audits

All final audits as provided for in § 7-57-402 shall be reproduced in sufficient numbers and copies, and shall be submitted to and filed with the governing bodies of each creating and participating municipality of the authority not later than ninety (90) days after the close of the fiscal year of the authority.Acts 1971, ch. 316, § 17; T.C.A., § 6-4020.
