In addition to all of the powers conferred upon it by this part or any other law, a private act metropolitan hospital authority may do any and all things necessary and convenient to carry out the powers expressly granted by this part or any other law. This part shall be construed consistent with § 7-57-107.Acts 1995, ch. 119, § 4.
