Section 7-60-205 - Recital of issuance pursuant to chapter

Any resolution authorizing bonds or notes under this chapter may provide that such bonds or notes shall contain a recital that they are issued pursuant to this chapter, which recital shall be conclusive evidence of their validity and the regularity of their issuance.Acts 1979, ch. 439, § 1; T.C.A., § 6-4408.
