Section 7-66-104 - Election to participate in program

(a) The local governing body of any county or municipality may, by resolution or by ordinance, elect to participate in this program.(b) In the event a local governing body shall not elect to participate in this program, then acquisitions and dispositions of real property within the jurisdiction of such local governing body shall be governed under existing laws.Acts 1985, ch. 281, § 4.
