Section 7-3-301 - Issuance of bonds

Any metropolitan government created and established pursuant to chapters 1-3 of this title may issue bonds under such terms, conditions and limitations as may be prescribed by the metropolitan charter.Acts 1957, ch. 120, § 13; T.C.A., § 6-3714; Acts 1988, ch. 750, § 11.
