Section 7-4-111 - Tax additional to other taxes and fees

The tax levied in this chapter shall be in addition to all other taxes levied or authorized to be levied whether in the form of excise, license, or privilege taxes, and shall be in addition to all other fees and taxes now levied or authorized to be levied.Acts 1976, ch. 704, § 11; T.C.A., § 6-3736.
