Section 7-32-104 - Appointment of time to hear objections

The ordinance shall appoint a time when the legislative body of the municipality shall meet, which shall not be less than two (2) weeks after the date of the first publication of notice of the ordinance, to hear any objections or remonstrances that may be made to the improvement, the manner of making objections, or the character of material to be used.Acts 1913 (1st Ex.
