Section 7-35-102 - Determination and payment of damages

The compensation for damages in such taking shall be paid by the municipalities, and shall be determined in the mode provided by §§ 7-31-107 - 7-31-111; and the rights and powers contained in those sections are conferred upon all of the municipal corporations, as specifically as if enacted into this section.Acts 1917, ch. 31, § 2; Shan.
