Nothing in this part shall affect or impair the control and jurisdiction that a municipality has over all property within its boundaries. The powers and authority granted by this part shall be in addition to any and all other powers and authority now residing with, or hereafter granted to, municipalities in this state, and all powers in this part shall be subject to the general control and jurisdiction of such municipalities.Acts 1990, ch. 808, § 4.
