Section 7-86-319 - Duty of commercial providers no greater than that of noncommercial providers

A commercial mobile radio service provider shall not have any greater responsibility or duty to its customers or other persons with respect to 911 calls and the operation of a 911 system than does a noncommercial mobile radio service provider to its customers or other persons.Acts 1998, ch. 1108, § 23.
