The department of revenue and the department of finance and administration are authorized to adopt rules and regulations in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5, to implement this chapter. The state building commission is authorized to adopt procedures to implement this chapter.Acts 1998, ch. 1055, § 14.
