Section 70-1-103 - Assaulting or interfering with agency employee - Penalty

(a) It is unlawful to assault, resist, oppose, impede, intimidate, or interfere with any employee of the wildlife resources agency while the employee is engaged in the lawful performance of the employee's official duties.(b) Any person violating this section commits a Class A misdemeanor.Acts 1979, ch. 38, § 1; T.C.A., § 51-141; Acts 1989, ch. 591, §§ 1, 6.
