Section 70-1-208 - Fish and wildlife commission successor to wildlife resources commission

The fish and wildlife commission created by this part is the successor to the wildlife resources commission. All rules, procedures, records, reports, functions and duties carried out by the prior commission are hereby transferred to the successor entity. Acts 2012, ch. 993, § 1.
