Section 70-4-131 - Possession of fish or wildlife illegally acquired, taken or transported from state or country of origin

(a) It is an offense for any person to possess any fish or wildlife that has been defined as fish or wildlife by the state or country of origin knowing that the fish or wildlife was acquired, taken, or transported from the state or country of origin in violation of the laws or regulations of that state or country.(b) A violation of subsection (a) is a Class A misdemeanor.
