(a) It is unlawful for any person to deface, obliterate, tear down or destroy, in whole or in part, or attempt to deface, obliterate, tear down, or destroy any notice, proclamation or sign posted by the fish and wildlife commission or the wildlife resources agency.(b) A violation of this section is a Class C misdemeanor.Acts 1951, ch. 115, § 57 (Williams, § 5178.86); impl. am.
