Section 70-4-413 - Private wildlife preserves - Hunting

(a) It is unlawful for any person to operate a private wildlife preserve for the purpose of propagating or hunting, or both, any class of wildlife reared in captivity unless that person obtains the appropriate permit and operates such private wildlife preserve in accordance with the rules and regulations promulgated by the commission.(b) It is lawful to hunt approved species of pen-reared and farm-reared animals on such preserve.(c) Persons hunting pen-reared animals on such preserve are not required to possess a hunting license.Acts 1991, ch. 487, § 1.
