Section 70-8-111 - Authorization to enter agreements

The executive director is authorized to enter into cooperative agreements with other states and the federal government for the establishment and maintenance of programs for the conservation of nongame, endangered or threatened species of wildlife.Acts 1974, ch. 769, § 11; T.C.A., § 51-911.
