Section 71-3-1206 - Confirmed positive drug test does not deem applicant handicapped or disabled

An applicant whose drug test result is confirmed as positive in accordance with this part shall not, because of that result alone, be deemed to have a handicap or disability as defined under federal, state or local handicap and disability discrimination laws.Acts 2012, ch. 1079, § 7.
