Section 71-5-111 - Investigation - Determination of eligibility

When an application for medical assistance under this part is filed with the agency designated to determine eligibility under this part, the agency shall promptly make or cause to be made such investigation as it may deem necessary. The object of such investigation shall be to ascertain the fact supporting the application and such other information as may be required.Acts 1968, ch. 551, § 11; impl. am.
