Whenever a hearing concerning eligibility determinations is required by state or federal law or constitutional provision, the agency designated to determine eligibility shall hear such hearings before a hearing officer or administrative judge designated by the agency. The hearing shall be held in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.Acts 1968, ch. 551, § 12; impl. am.
